Mr. Prabhakar Khare is registered with AMFI as a Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-365088), and holds IRDAI codes for Life Insurance (MAX51485G) and Health Insurance (MBHGUR03315359). He is not registered with SEBI as an Investment Adviser. Accordingly, The Finance Suite does not provide investment advice or personalized financial planning; mutual fund-related services are limited to distribution and the incidental guidance permitted for a registered distributor under applicable SEBI/AMFI regulations.
Please note carefully: The Finance Suite acts as an intermediary/facilitator connecting you with banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, asset management companies, and other financial institutions (“Partner Institutions”). The Finance Suite is NOT itself a bank, NBFC, insurer, or asset management company, and does not directly lend money, underwrite insurance policies, or manage investment funds. All final decisions — including loan approval, interest rates, insurance underwriting, claim settlement, and investment execution — rest solely with the relevant Partner Institution, in accordance with their own policies, terms, and regulatory obligations.
We facilitate your application and provide guidance based on our experience and understanding of these products, but we do not guarantee approval, specific terms, or outcomes for any loan, insurance policy, or investment.
3. Eligibility
Our Services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and for duly authorized representatives of eligible businesses. By using our Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Investment, Insurance & Loan Risk Disclosures

Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information may result in rejection of your application by the relevant Partner Institution, and may have legal consequences under applicable law. We are not responsible for any loss or rejection arising from inaccurate information provided by you.
6. Fees and Commission Disclosure
The Finance Suite may receive commission, brokerage, or referral fees from Partner Institutions (banks, NBFCs, insurers, or asset management companies) for facilitating your application or investment, in accordance with applicable regulatory guidelines (including SEBI/AMFI norms for mutual fund distribution and IRDAI norms for insurance). This does not result in any additional cost to you beyond what the Partner Institution would otherwise charge, but we believe in disclosing this relationship transparently.

All content on this Website — including text, graphics, logos, the “The Finance Suite” name and mark, and design elements — is the property of The Finance Suite or its licensors, and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws.
